Returns policy:

A minimum order amount applies. Because all our doors are custom made, we require a down payment in advance before we take doors into production

Any order can be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of our order confirmation.

Cancellation after 48 hours is not possible even if the payment is not yet made.

You will be liable for the total order amount and any costs occuring for retrieving payment in case of cancellation after 48 hours.

Please check the order confirmation / invoice carefully, because the doors will be produced accordingly to it.

Also be aware that with most doors the inside of the door will look different to the outside and we use plywood as an inside finish if necessary for a better looking inside of the door. On request we can send the production drawing for confirmation.

When you receive the order, check carefully (complete, and according to specification) before accepting it.

Once the delivery is accepted, it will not be possible to return it without extra costs occuring.
